Beautiful frame. Arrived fairly quickly. Shannon was easy to communicate with. I mistakenly order the frame in the wrong picture direction ( should have chosen vertical) and Shannon was so gracious to try and work with me to fix it. In the end I still kept the frame and used a different photo. It turned out better than my first vision. The quality of the frame is nice, lovely handmade touch. We will cherish this forever!
